04 Boosting Process

Will my booster alter my account?

To provide the best services, occasionally we’ll change a few reversible features for your account. We’ll only ever make reversible changes, though, and if you have any specific settings or requests let us know and we’ll do our best to meet these.

Can I use my Apex account during the boosting process?

To ensure that our Apex Legends boosting services are completed as soon as possible and to maximize your security, we recommend that players refrain from playing on their account until we’ve finished work. Don’t worry, it won’t take too long!

How long does Apex Boosting takes?

While we can’t give an exact duration for Apex Boosting services, we average one division per day. High win rate orders could be as high as four divisions per day!

What Win rates does Apex Boost normally achieve

Our boosters here at BoostApex.com are some of the most experienced Apex players globally, which means we can often achieve win rates of between 80% and 95% for our customers! If you’d prefer to keep a low profile, you can choose one of our extras to keep the win rate lower and normalize your win score.

Can I tip my Apex Booster?

If you think that your Apex booster has done a great job, then feel free to leave them a tip. Giving your booster a tip is not necessary, and their services will be fully paid for with the order fees, but a tip is a nice gesture if your booster has done great work. We pay all fees and your booster will receive 100% of your tip. To give a tip, head to your order page and look for the current skill ranking section; there should be a tipping option available here. Or, if not, get in touch with customer support.

Can I spectate matches?

During the ordering process, you can visit apex.tracker.gg and input the relevant account details to see what’s going on. Unfortunately, we can’t offer direct spectating at the minute.

How can I get in touch with my booster?

If you need to get in touch with your booster for any reason, you can use the order page from your account. If your booster hasn’t replied and you need rapid support, get in touch with us by email or live chat.

Can I choose a different booster?

If you’d prefer to have a different booster, let us know by live chat or email and we’ll do our best to get your booster changed.

Why hasn’t my order begun?

For standard orders, we aim to begin within 6 hours of the payment finalization, but this can sometimes take up to 12 hours if we’re busy. If your order hasn’t been started after 12 hours, let us know by email or live chat and we’ll get things started.

I’m not happy with the results of my order

How can I be sure my account is secure?

Furthermore, it’s impossible to change your Apex login details without direct email access, ensuring you can be confident in your account security when you choose our team!

I haven’t had an email from my order?

If you’ve not yet had an email for your order, please make sure you’ve checked your inbox as well as the spam folder. If you still can’t find an email, let us know through live chat or by email and we’ll try to help!

Is my order visible publicly?

All orders placed through Boostapex are completely private, and only you, your booster, and the customer support team will see the details.

To who is my account information visible?

Our customers’ security is our top priority, which is why we only display account information to your booster and the customer support team. Once your order has been finalized, we’ll aim to delete your data within 2 weeks for maximum security.

I’ve forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t panic – just select the “forgot password?” option when signing in. If you cannot find this option, email us or use the live chat module and we’ll do our best to help out.

Why has my account been deleted?

If your account has been deleted, this is likely because your order has been finalized. If your order is still ongoing but your account appears to have been deleted, get in touch with our customer support by email or live chat and we’ll do our best to help!

Do you save my Apex Legends information?

We take security very seriously at Boostapex.com, which is why we only store the bare minimum amount of data in an encrypted format, and always delete data ASAP after completing your order.

What are Boostapex mailing policies?
